My name is Mike, the hot sauce guru.  I love eating spicy food and I am always looking for good hot sauce.  My brother Josh avoids hot sauce completely, but has decided to work with me on this site reviewing hot sauce (at least as often as I can get him to suffer through trials). Josh and I together provide a good perspective from both ends of the heat spectrum.
